YES! It belongs to us!

SO, almost exactly five weeks after we had last friday our house delivery. Complaints

we are with the construction manager went around the and through the house, have everything closely, were immediately repaired by the workers so we could on Friday, 31.10. 2008 take over our house.
it sounds at all likely to be perfect, but it was really small things that we found. it was not an outside windowsill just had a couple of strips of wallpaper transitions to be tightened with a paintbrush and two windows with hooked open, all that was done immediately and the workers were finally able to leave the job site and go home.
is so completely perfect the house but not yet, at the handover have been to challenge two major things that could not be done on the spot:
we have the wrong interior doors and no heating and sanitary equipment.
with the interior doors only as "semi-false". in initial sampling we chose these doors, we were informed that the doors are no longer available and we have decided on white doors. the doors that we have now are the ones we had first chosen and the alleged were no longer available. We had now been changed to white and so were a bit surprised. But the contract is very clear that it should be white doors, but we have discussed with the construction manager that we would keep the doors when the company gives us a discount. we have achieved the first major "problem".
the second is the thing with the heating, unfortunately, based on a misunderstanding. the construction manager has repeatedly stressed that it is very important to the company, the house completely finished and handed over to the heater is not there, because the company has slept. it is, of course, that each house has its own electricity and water connection is; and that the construction site is available at the start of construction is efficient builders, that is our thing. we have these connections have already lie on the plot for the hall and put the only further into the house. Now one can argue whose "fault" is it. one hand, we have informed the site manager before construction started, who has probably forgotten it by then, we thought it was all clear and the construction manager knew nothing (more) and wonders warum wir uns so viel zeit damit lassen. beide hätten nachfragen können, jetzt ist es passiert und die heizung und die sanitärinstallation sind noch nicht fertig. spätestens übernächste woche soll das aber erledigt sein, sodass wir unseren umzug für den 15.11.2008 fest planen.
ja, am 25.09.2008 kam das haus, am 31.10.2008 war übergabe und am 15.11.2008 ist einzug, das hört sich doch gut an.
natürlich haben wir uns vorher viele gedanken gemacht, man hört und liest und sieht ja so viel und wir hatten mit einigen komplikationen und verzögerungen gerechnet.
